These Terms and Conditions apply between:

and the purchasing business entity referred to as “the Client”.
2. Scope of the Programme
The Sustainable Success Blueprint is a digital, business focused sustainability programme designed for small and medium sized production businesses in the Nordic region.
The programme includes:
Access to pre recorded video lessons and written materials
Practical tools, templates, and checklists
Written feedback and guidance on submitted work during the programme period
The expected programme timeline is twelve weeks.
Programme content remains accessible for twelve months from the date access is granted.
3. Delivery and Access
The programme is delivered online through a secure learning platform.
Access is granted after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each participant receives individual login credentials.
The Client is responsible for ensuring appropriate internal access management and safeguarding login information.
4. Programme Period and Support
Written feedback and guidance are provided during the twelve week programme period.
Access to programme materials continues after this period. Feedback and guidance are not provided beyond the initial twelve weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Fees and Payment
Payment is made by invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices must be paid by the stated due date.
All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise specified.
Late payment may result in suspended access until payment is received.
6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
The programme is delivered as digital content with immediate access and is intended for professional use.
Once access has been granted, the purchase is final and no refunds are provided.
7. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
The programme provides guidance, tools, and frameworks intended to support the Client’s sustainability efforts.
The Client remains fully responsible for all business decisions, implementation, and outcomes arising from participation in the programme.
Sustainable Nordic Solutions does not guarantee specific financial, regulatory, or operational results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme.
8. Intellectual Property
All programme content, materials, and tools remain the intellectual property of Nystrøm Consulting ENK.
Materials may only be used internally within the Client organisation.
Copying, sharing, resale, or distribution to third parties is not permitted.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat any non-public business information shared during the programme as confidential and not disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.
10. Changes to the Programme or Terms
The Provider reserves the right to make reasonable updates to programme content or these Terms when necessary.
Any material changes will not reduce the agreed scope of delivery for Clients who have already been granted access.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes shall be settled by Norwegian courts.
